Starting today through November 11, 2018, you can purchase event bibs and book your Walt Disney World® Resort stay for the 2019 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon before it goes on sale to the general public in Spring 2019. This special pre-sale lets you stay at the Walt Disney World owned resort of your choice and secure bibs for every member of your travel party before general registration opens. At the time of booking a $200 package deposit, the cost of optional insurance, and the full cost of the bibs will be due.
By taking advantage of this special offer, you have a guaranteed spot for the select runDisney event of your choice, in your races of choice. By guaranteeing your spot now, you won’t have to worry about whether you’re off work on registration day, or events selling out before you are able to register. After booking your 2019 Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend trip you will receive an email from runDisney 2-4 weeks after the opening of general registration or booking if you book after general registration is open. That email will contain a personalized link that will let you finish your registration. There is no need to rush to register on opening day as your Bib has already been reserved. You can also use this link to add any challenges and pre-sale items. Again, you are GUARANTEED your spot in the 2019 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon by taking advantage of this special offer.
Unlike other travel providers that may have similar offerings right now, Pirate and Mermaid Vacations has NO MINIMUM night stay requirement outside of runDisney’s race package requirements. This ensures your ability to book the runDisney package that works best for your party and budget at theWalt Disney World® Resort of your choice. And, if an applicable sale comes out between now and your race weekend, your Adventure Coordinator will get it applied to your stay! Also by taking advantage of this special offer, you’ll have the option to purchase travel insurance – which includes coverage of your race registration if you have to cancel your trip for a covered insurance reason! This is an amazing add-on option as bibs are non transferable and non refundable, and because runDisney no longer offers race deferral. With this insurance, your bib and vacation are covered if you have to cancel for any insured reason.
